TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply:
- 24 hours notice of cancellation of your appointment is required - otherwise a 50% charge of the treatment(s) cost will apply. The occasional cancelled / postponed appointment will be acceptable e.g. illness. Those who repeatedly cancel appointments at too short notice will be refused further treatments.
- New clients will be required to provide a 50% deposit of the selected treatment(s) value. This can be paid via bank transfer or cash in person prior to appointment(s).
- Children are welcome in the salon but must remain quiet, still and not distract the therapist and client.
- Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- Late arrivals will be accommodated, however your appointment may need to be shortened in order for the next client's treatment(s) to run on time.
- It is requested that all mobile phones are switched off / on silent during your appointment (unless for emergencies) in order for you to achieve complete relaxation.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue.
- Appointments are available for male clients through recommendation by existing female clients.
